1. Subject
yourapi provides access to third-party LLM models through a single OpenAI-compatible API on a prepaid balance.
2. Account and keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys safe and for all requests made with them. A compromised key should be revoked in the dashboard.
3. Payments
The balance is prepaid. Each request is charged by tokens at the model price at request time. Unused balance is spent as you make requests.
4. Acceptable use
Use that breaks the law or the model providers' policies is prohibited. We may restrict access in case of abuse.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Model availability depends on third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content of model responses.
