How the programme works
Share your referral link from the Referrals section.
Your friend signs up through it and tops up their balance.
You earn 5% of every top-up they make, credited to your balance straight away.
The reward can be spent on requests to any model - and now it can also be paid out in money.
How to request a payout
Open the Referrals section - the "Available for payout" block shows your amount.
Click "Withdraw" and enter the amount, the network and the wallet.
Confirm the request.
A request requires a confirmed email. One request is reviewed at a time: the next one can be sent after a decision on the current one.
Terms
Minimum amount - $10.
USDT on TRC20 (address starts with T, 34 characters) or BEP20 (address starts with 0x, 42 characters).
The network fee is deducted from the transfer amount.
Payout within 7 days.
Only the referral reward can be withdrawn. Topped-up funds are not eligible.
Check the network and the address before sending: a transfer that goes to the wrong network cannot be recovered.
What happens to the money
The requested amount leaves your balance immediately and is held for the payout, so it cannot be spent on requests while the request is being reviewed. If the request is rejected, the money returns to your balance and the reason is shown in the request.
Where to follow the request
The list of requests with the statuses "Pending", "Paid" and "Rejected" lives in the Referrals section. The conversation about a request happens in a support ticket: the request links to it, and you get an email when there is a reply.
